Turning eggs on the weekends

Temp is way more important than humidity, I don't check my humidity, just watch air cell growth. Skip the second weekend if you get to turn one.

I think one thing to remember on a lot of this is that most of these things are guidelines, not absolute laws of nature. The guidelines are there to help improve your odds of success. Following the ones you know does not guarantee absolute perfect success. Violating some does not guarantee total absolute failure. Some are more important than others but just do the best you can and you will probably be OK.
