Turning Eggs

I have a tiny new dome incubator that holds 7 eggs tip down, straight up in the air. How do I turn them?

I assume it does have a turner or anything automatic, otherwise you wouldn't be asking We have an old Styrofoam incubator that we just put a cardboard tube on one end and when its time to turn it we roll the tube to the other side. (Only when we can't borrow a turner from our friends) and its worked pretty well when hatching Of course a turner is always better since its automatic and this method is manual but theres no other option its a pretty good method in my eyes!

(and the tube goes on one side then the other, like north to south, not each in all corners or at least its how we do it )
