Turning eggs

Hello! Currently I am hand turning my coturnix quail eggs by hand 3 times a day. However we may be gone for a day or two this weekend - was wondering if it would be ok to only have the eggs turned once a day for those few days (having someone come over and turn the eggs for us, but dont want them to have to come over 3 tines a day just to turn a few eggs over)

How far along will they be by then? It's the first 10 days that are super critical for turning so if you are past (or even almost at) that point then it should be fine, and it's only for 2 days at the most.
