Turning Eggs

This subject confuses me. I dont know where to make the x or how much to turn them. All I know is that I have to turn them an odd number of times. Please help

make the x on one side of the egg and o on the other side. Don't put the x on the point of the egg or larger end of the egg. And turn them at least 3 times a day. I turn my eggs morning,afternoon(around 2:25 pm) and at night before I go to bed. it is most important to turn them before you go to bed because night time is the longest time they go without turning.
