Turning Eggs

I have my incubator set up, but the automatic egg turner doesn't seem to be working. I don't mind hand turning them, but I am usually gone 1 to 2 days out of the week. Does anyone know if my chicks would be alright if they weren't turned one day a week?

They should be fine if you skip a turn or two a week. Have accidentally done that more than once when a turner quite working and didn't catch it for a day or two.
