Turning Problem

I have an automatic turner in the incubator, but I just noticed it's not turning them. I checked them at the same time, so took me a while to notice. What will happen to my eggs? Chicks are due to hatch in a week. Thanks, Amy

Are you a 100% sure its not turning// Mine is on a 4 hour rotation so if i dont check about once an hour I dont see any movement.. Have you candled you eggs to see whats happening inside??
