I won a dozen serama eggs in a raffle, and the box looks like it was drop kicked all the way to my house. No eggs were broken thanks to the breeder's mad packing skills, but there was still no visible air pocket-- it was totally scrambled. I put them in the incubator small end down and turned the rotation off just to see what would happen. To my surprise, nine look like they've started developing, though there's still no clear air pocket. Should I turn the rotation back on at any point, or just let them sit like this?

Personally, I don't think I'd turn it on...just maybe tilt the incubator side to side a few times a day, using a book, perhaps. But that's me. Hopefully someone else will chime in soon.

Best wishes!
