Hi everyone I have a incubator with an automatic turning table. I'm not sure if I leave the turning table on all the time or just adjust it on a timer throughout the day? The Eggs in the incubator are Geese eggs. Thank you so much.

Hi there, hope you are enjoying BYC! :frow

Turners usually have a timer of sorts built in and should need to be turned off, unplugged, or removed on the day you start lock down. It's good to get a good look at your eggs maybe use a mark.. and make SURE you KNOW they are moving. More turning equals better hatching. Most turners go at least every 2 hours.. but it will heavily depend on the type.

Which bator/turner are you using? Did it come with instructions? What day are you on? Are you using calibrated thermometer/hygrometer? You might enjoy a November or Thanksgiving hatch a long thread..

Happy hatching! :jumpy:jumpy
