Turnip greens???? What do i do?????

Yup, that's good! I like my cornbread warm in the cold milk......so good!

I cooked up a BUNCH of greens tonight using a modification of a recipe that I don't have time to look for right now... but if you google "kale stamppot" you'll find some nice recipes using greens. My particular version tonight was to use up wilty stuff from the fridge, so it had spring onions, garlic scapes, kale, regular and rainbow chard, beet greens and maybe something else I'm forgetting. I left out the wilty gross turnip greens and the mountain of leaf lettuce (which I drained carefully and will try to remember to eat tomorrow).
