I was watching that ET interview (see YouTube link posted above), and they acknowledged that in the book (NM), Edward disappears for a large chunk of the book. In the movie they have him appearing more but in the form of dreams and visions - it sounds pretty wicked and maybe even a little darker. Hopefully they can flesh out Bella's visions/dreams in the movie accurately.

Geez, I feel bad... I think I lost my sense of humor because I watched the Twi-skit youtube link and thought it was painful to watch.
