Twin duck eggs

Sadly I missed the bruising on the one egg through the night abc by the time I saw it they were gone
Egg 2 I did get one baby air but she was very stuck and needed to be pulled out and I didn’t realize she was close to Bemba done her yolk and she passed. Her twin was already gone as it had a full yolk
There are pics of the babies further up in the thread
All 4 were fully developed with no abnormalities
The hatch is so tricky and although I’m great at assists this is different as it’s precise timing or you loose them and I missed

I am so sorry. I do not have high hatch rates at all. My second hatch produced two healthy chicks, so I know how it feels to lose babies. It's always sad losing babies, but you have to remember that its not your fault. You and the babies fought as hard as possible.

I don't know why but I always get these threads late. I just came across your thread and followed it all the way. You did a fantastic job trying to save these twin babies. I know Storm's single eggs will do great if her twin ones came this far. It was with all of your help that they made it to hatch day. Thank you for sharing with us. It was very informative and I am so sorry for your loss of these beautiful babies. It is with threads like this that we can learn and it will help with our own hatches. Thanks again for your time and efforts in trying to save the twin eggs.
