Yes. If I make the safety hole, it will be in the air cell. I just hope one pips internally. There is always hope

You really can't assist till they are inside the air cells. They must internally pip before you can put in a safety hole.[/QUOTE
Yes I realize this. Thank you. Hopefully I will see at least one beak inside the air cell soon.
Would you make the safety hole now or only if there is a internal pip?Yes. If I make the safety hole, it will be in the air cell. I just hope one pips internally. There is always hope
I have zero experience in hatching anything. I read so I can learn in case I ever decide to try. I've read about twins. If you poke a hole at the air cell end won't the other twin at the other end be compromised because they don't have an air cell or safety hole?

Today is day 20. It is tricky. My gut says... help!!!!!Making a hole won't make a difference until they internally pip...they won't need air until then.
This is a tricky time.
You will have to go with your gut.
Today is what day?
I don't think I've come across a twin egg hatching on its own yet... All the ones I have seen have had to been helped out.Today is day 20. It is tricky. My gut says... help!!!!!
Exactly, so when should I do something ? Seems twins would need to hatch early. So far all of my sets died on day 21 before internally pip. I might should have saved them if I had opened the air cell so they wouldn’t drown and leave them until blood veins dry up. Seems that’s what need to happen. They are alive right now and one is moving a lot but no internally pip. Last time I kept waiting it was to late.I don't think I've come across a twin egg hatching on its own yet... This is the hard part... The guessing when to actually help.Exactly, so when should I do something ? Seems twins would need to hatch early. So far all of my sets died on day 21 before internally pip.
