Twins hatch help

This is the hard part... The guessing when to actually help.
I know. It’s crazy. I know if I wait until tomorrow it will be to late because that is what has happened in the past, or they were alive in the morning and I waited a couple more hours and it was to late. Plus they were not moving much at all.

I'm glad it's not me having to make this stuff decision. :barnie
I'm sure it's driving you nuts.

I don't know what to say, sorry.

I've had twin chickens hatch on their own because their beaks are hard and sharp. My duck twins beaks couldn't hatch through and died fully formed in the egg.

I'm in suspense! What did you decide to do? How has it turned out?
On day 20 no pip internally. Movement seemed frantic. Made a pip safety hole. Hours later checked. Not much moving. Removed top and membrane was shrunk down. I touched the top chick and it seemed to move. I carefully opened a little membrane to find beak. Well they were like a doughnut one on top the other in a complete circle. The top one had died hours before I assume and the bottom on was moving so much he was moving the chick on top of him and made it look like the other chick was alive. Both fully formed large chicks. Both adsorbed their yolk and the bottom chick lived hours then died. I was so close this time. I have 3 from same hen in the bator. She is producing twin eggs every other egg. It’s Crazy. I have a few of her single eggs In bator looking good.
