Question day 5 candled my eggs and see I have two eggs holding twins! Anything special to do on hatching them? Also I have tiny eggs with my big ones seem to be developing fast will I have a issue with them?

I've seen a couple of threads on here over the years with successful hatches, but more often than not...they don't make it to the hatching stage for one reason or another, and don't often live much past hatching. If you make it to the point of hatching, one of the biggest issues you will face is that both chicks can't really pip into the air cell. One will likely pip at the air cell, and the other's head will likely be at the opposite end of the egg...where nothing can be seen by candling, and there's no air for it to breath. I've seen a limited number of successful double hatches, so I know it can be done, but I've attempted it myself and just ended up with heartbreak.
