Two 1 month year old chicks won’t stop chirping

Only at night if your temperature drops real low. Other than that they are ready to become Chickens..

They don’t need warmth after being a month old?

Usually not, no....might depend on where you live and/or how you've managed the heat over the 4 weeks.
As long as they are out of the wind, and have some shade if needed, time to go outside!

Nope they can do with out the heat lamp they may be too hot

Moma would have them on the roost at 4 weeks old, even in the winter. I took some time for me to get used to 2 day old chicks out in the snow, with moma of course,,they did just fine.
