Two 3 week old kittens, help!

Bad news and good news. Bad news: the tame mama kitty does NOT like the kittens. Good news: is that while I was feeding them some watered down, mushy rice (I found out that they can chew) and I heard some putter patter I thought that it might be a mouse ( I was in the barn) and heard it again and again so I decided to investigated. And I found the kittens which were pretty clearly the kittens siblings! So I put the kittens with the others and left them alone. Hopefully the mom won't leave them and will (fingers crossed) take them all. But I'm doubtful because the 2 I was feeding have my scent on them. Another possibility is that she won't come back at all and I'll have 4 kittens to care for!

Don't worry about that. I was just trying to help. Hope the kittens are at least warm where they are right now. Maybe you can go see them from time to time to check their status. Hopefully they are being fed by their mama, but if not, they are in trouble. I wish you the best of luck. Don't hesitate to post if you need further help

When I discovered them it was around 1:00-1:30pm. It's now 6:00 and they are still there, should I take them in or leave them over night in hopes that their mom will come back? If I leave them overnight, if they are still there I the morning I won't have time to feed them. If I get them in an hour or two I will have time to feed them but their mom might come back and they won't be there. What do you think?

One possibility is that mama is there and nursing her kittens when you're not looking. But that might not be true and mama might have really abandoned them or was killed by a predator. In that case, they will be in trouble if left alone overnight. Cold + predators + hunger. Do they look hungry or dehydrated?
Are they still meowing desperately as you described in your first post?
If you feel mama is gone and kittens are hungry, take them in. Feed them appropriately, for water and rice won't do. Also, I don't know how much time you have in your hands to care for them. They need more than twice a day feeding. I would look for an animal rehabilitator or someone knowledgeable you trust to care for them while you are at work.

They aren't meowing too much but that's just because they are all together and not lonely. The mum hasn't been nursing them in secret that's for sure, if I go in there if she was in there she go running away. There shouldn't be in any predators, they are all together so they can snuggle up ( all 4 of them). I would like to leave them food but they won't eat unless you hold them because they walk in the food and need a bit of help eating. I don't want to take them then their mom comes and they are not there. I will go check on them and see if they look hungry.

They have started to meow more. The time most likely for the mum to come back is at night so in the morning I'll wake up a little earlier and go check if she's with them. If she is I'll leave them but if they are still there I will take them in and give them some food and warm them and be they're new mom.

The mum cat took 3/4 of the kittens so I put the one she didn't take in a box and put him or her in the house. I fed it and gave it some water. It meows a lot but that's just because its lonely. It's box has in it: multiple rags for it to sleep on, some food, and a stuffed animal. The kitten will stay in my porch for a little while. It quieted down when I put it in the porch with the lights turned off and made it really quiet in there. I will check in it in morning and feed it and give it some water. ( I couldn't keep water in the box with it because he/she got all wet and flipped it over) I haven't checked if its a boy or girl yet that's why I refer to it as "it". Also this kitten is a cuddler. And a biter ( that's because I had food remains on my hands, but it sometimes bites me just for fun too.)

Glad it's working out. Just out of curiosity, is the mom cat that took the others yours? No sight of the feral mom?
If the kitten has teeth (not sure if just emerging), try kitten food moistened with artificial kitten milk. They can start eating like that at 4 weeks.
At this age, they do need to feed more frequently than twice a day. Good luck!

He must be over 4 weeks because he definitely has teeth! The cat is technically mine but all we do is put out food for all the ferrel cats. I haven't seen her so she must have the others hidden away in a shed or something. I keep forgetting to check its sex.
