Two Buff Cochins - is one a rooster?

Hi, I received 2 Buff Cochin chicks and they are about 3 months old now, but look very different. One has a comb alreeady and the other does not. Could one be a rooster and the other a hen? Or maybe one is a regular and the other is a bantam? They are the exact same age and around the same size still. Any help is appreciated

I would wait a few more weeks.. my cochin cockerel had a much bigger comb at that age.

I agree.... Cochins tend to show early, and very red when they do. I'd give it a few more weeks, but I almost want to lean pullets.
