two chicken coops enough for 6 chickens?

Along with adding clutter in the run, which you’re doing, consider adding vertical stuff - branches, 2x4’s, perches off the ground. Chickens are descended from jungle (meaning tropical forest) fowl. They love going up!
Yep, I have an old fruit crate and small wood wire spool they can jump on. Plus a corner roost that’s a big favorite.

More run space will be important. If you haven't purchased the additional two chickens yet, stick with the four and see how it works, but you will need to add more ventilation to the TSC prefab (all prefabs have inadequate ventilation) in addition to adding a lot more run space and more items for them to perch on, run around, sit on.
Welcome to BYC and congratulations on joining the chicken journey.

One important thing to think about inside the coop is how much roosting space you have. Two nest boxes for six hens isn’t a big deal, but how would 6 grown hens roost in there? I made the same mistakes in the beginning, a lot of people do! You will learn as you go. Don’t think of what you’re hearing as criticism; its advice from people with lots of experience.
