two chicken coops enough for 6 chickens?

Along with adding clutter in the run, which you’re doing, consider adding vertical stuff - branches, 2x4’s, perches off the ground. Chickens are descended from jungle (meaning tropical forest) fowl. They love going up!
Yep, I have an old fruit crate and small wood wire spool they can jump on. Plus a corner roost that’s a big favorite.

More run space will be important. If you haven't purchased the additional two chickens yet, stick with the four and see how it works, but you will need to add more ventilation to the TSC prefab (all prefabs have inadequate ventilation) in addition to adding a lot more run space and more items for them to perch on, run around, sit on.
Welcome to BYC and congratulations on joining the chicken journey.

One important thing to think about inside the coop is how much roosting space you have. Two nest boxes for six hens isn’t a big deal, but how would 6 grown hens roost in there? I made the same mistakes in the beginning, a lot of people do! You will learn as you go. Don’t think of what you’re hearing as criticism; its advice from people with lots of experience.

Instead of buying 2 TSC coops you could probably get a local handyman to build a proper coop from a used shed, or even a hoop coop for the same money. Those TSC coops make good hospital/quarantine coops for one bird, but not a whole flock. Besides, the first time you have to crawl inside one of those things to get eggs or a sick bird, you'll wish you had a walk-in coop.

Small coops with enough roost space, and with access to a big run whole day is fine as long as it’s summer. Imagine their needs in winter. And how it is for you take care for the chickens and to clean things.

The advices given are good. If you want to buy another small coop you still need a shed, a hoop coop or cover the run to give the chickens space to walk around without getting stressed during the cold months.

I agree, although I suggest instead to use a cheap 3-person dome tent as a quarantine coop. Anything under $50 is suitable. It is well big enough for one bird who is unwell, or a few birds being quarantined, or even as a brooder for Mama and her babies. It is big enough for a person to step into, plenty of space for the bird to move around and choose where she or he wants to sit etc.

Here's mine used as a maternity ward. I suggest to not put over the flysheet but keep it under a shelter like a patio, during warm weather:

I am starting out in July as a first time chicken owner. I could not build my own coop, so I purchased this coop. Its the Sentinel Coop from Producers Price at Tractor Supply.

My question is, we were thinking of starting with four chickens, so I got the one coop. Now I am adding two more chickens for a total of six. I was thinking of purchasing a second TS coop (same one) or is that too much room for six chickens? Six nesting boxes. I assume its not too much, but wanted to ask in case someone knows something I dont. (Which is a lot).

I think six chickens will be too much for the one coop. I am considering a smaller second coop if I do not get the second TS coop. Thank you!
This chicken coop is meant to hold six. Your good.

There is no such thing as too much room for chickens. The more space they have, the better off and happier they'll be. If you don't plan on free ranging them at all you may consider building out a larger run adjacent to that one so they have room to roam about and get away from each other if needed. Congratulations on your first flock. What breeds did you decide on?
