two chicks die and i dont know what they died

Ive had two chicks die in two day with wierd seizures right before... the got weak and wouldnt eat or drink then siezed and died. what could it have been? Could it be contagious to my other chicks? please help

How old are they? Are they lethargic and puffed up when this happens? It is possible they are dying and having neurological symptoms as they die which can be common. If they are a few days old, it may be from shipping stress. Make sure to give any sick chicks fluids with electrolytes and vitamins with a dropper or by dipping their beaks into the solution. Older chicks from 3-20 weeks old may suffer from coccidiosis which is treated with Corid.

they are only a few days old and yes they were lethargic but ell my other chicks seem to be doing fine
