Two Dead Chickens in 24 Hours

Today there are two more exhibiting symptoms. I have taken pictures of them. It's one of my Black Australorps and my other Barred Rock. They are very lethargic. Puffed up, tail in the air, like when they sleep. Combs are dull and drooped. Not eating or drinking well at all. None of my girls are laying
They drink out of a plastic bucket with metal nipples.

I agree, the crop looks huge. Check everyone's crop first thing in the morning before they have had anything to eat/drink. The crops should be empty. If they aren't, then begin treating. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Are they drinking enough? You see them drinking right?

What do you feed?

I’m sorry your flock is having trouble. x2 on the pus in the corner of the eye and huge crop. The droopy, bluish comb on the barred rock combined with the huge crop begs the question... does she have any breathing issues? Gurgling? Crackly noises?

My black Australorp is looking a little better this morning. I saw her eating and drinking. The Barred Rock, however, is about the same. Not really eating or drinking, but she is, at least, walking around a bit. She does not appear to have any breathing issues. Her crop is still large. I will treat her for a sour crop today. Thank you for your keen eyes!

All hens appear to be drinking with the exception of the Barred Rock. She just kind of lumbers around. They eat Country Road layer crumble, but they also get scraps (you can see fruit in their run) and free-range in the mornings.

Everyone EXCEPT the Barred Rock. Hers is still full. Feel like lumpy pudding.

Is it less full than it was last night?

You might want to isolate her, with water but no food, and see if it empties out or feels different over the course of today. If she over-ate yesterday, it might just need longer than usual to empty out. And if it does not improve, you will know to look for other causes.
