Two different problems with my hens

Ok, I gave 3 out of the four hens syringe doses because they were all acting lethargic. And put their water in the yard so they can access it. My other hen and my rooster both drank from their water container so now it's all a waiting game. Thank you all for the advice.

Keep an eye on them to make sure they are drinking it and make a fresh batch of water daily.
