TWO EGGS AT ONCE (regular size and a little bigger than a jelly bean)

One of my hens went to a nest box this afternoon to lay her egg. A little later I found one regular sized one and one a little bigger than a jelly bean, both with just the membrane, no shell.

I am 100 % sure that both were from this hen, because I checked all the nests right before that and no other hen went in the nest after her.

All of my girls have high quality layer crumble, a handful of scratch at night, always oyster shell and grit. Weird...Anyone having an idea why? Do I have to worry?
