Today our Barrred Rock layed a small egg and then a super tiny egg.The super tiny was the size of a Robin's egg. This hen is 9 months old and we just introduced a new hen and a rooster to our small flock two days prior. Is this something to be concerned about?

Just saw this. She layed a small "regular" egg and then this egg? I've actually gotten 2 in the past and when you have 19 chickens laying in the same 6 boxes didnt know who was "doing" them. If you look up "fart eggs" on this forum you'll see some more. Sounds like while its not typical its not uncommon either. Looks like they kept on laying!
