Two Hens - lethargic, green poo, labored breathing

So... if the tumors were Marek's related, wouldn't they have some sort of genetic marker? Or is it just the same of whatever tissue was damaged in the first place by the disease?
To me that sounds like something related to the reproductive system. But the three hens are unrelated, right? The fact that they all contracted something that seems the same is very unusual IMO.

The preliminary results from our Buff Rock came in and they wrote "the abdomen was filled with ascitic fluid and a large number of tumors (apparent estrogen-induced adenosarcomas.)"

I haven't euthanized the first hen, the Light Brahma, because the following day she ate and drank much better, chatted a few times, stretched out in a sun spot, and her poop was still watery but brown. Today it's back to the bad signs, so I'm torn again. (The hen that I helped recover from wry neck had horrible days where she was backflipping, spinning, choking on water, etc.)
Thank you for the update.
The final report, hopefully they will give a more definitive answer as to whether the tumors are from Marek's or something else. Sometimes it may be inconclusive which is frustrating.

I can understand being torn whether or not to put the Light Brahma down, hard decision to make for sure. If you do, then sending that body in may be good too just for comparison.
