Two Indian Runner ducks may have a cold please help!!!

I have 2 indian runner ducks that r 3 weeks old. Both r sneezing repeatedly and have stuffed up nostrils. They currently live inside in a big plastic tube and sleep in a small pet carrier of the night and I'm not sure when to move them outside. Help would be much appreciated.

Yes but I've done some more research and it might just be the dust in my house. Thank you very much and I well definitely check those links

They have pine shavings in both of there containers
