White Silkie "El Bandito", just under two years (hatched 5/08). Very non-aggressive like every other Silkie I've owned. She lives in an urban environment and is used to adults and children. She is laying Silkie-sized cream-colored eggs.
Giant Blue Cochin "Rose", hatched 4/09. Laying "medium" sized brown eggs. Also very non-aggressive.
I have to move these two girls fast as I am on a short deadline. Someone called the city about my chickens (I have five and I need to reduce to three--Seattle law). I would rather keep them all, as there is nothing wrong with any of them--they were a happy flock. But rules are rules and two have to go, sadly.
Kept with another Silkie, an Easter Egger, and an Orpington, FYI.
I live in the Greenlake/Phinney area. Please PM me if you are interested in coming to see them/pick them up. Thanks a lot!!
