For my birthday I got two male ducks almost one year old now they love each other you can not separate them at all up until today I went to check on them when I got home and one male was biting the others neck and chasing him never had this happend before what going on?

Is he hurting the other one? I mean, male ducks are known for being very randy. His hormones aren't going to go away just because they get separated for a little while. Unless he's actually causing damage to his buddy, I would leave them.

I mean i noticed him like chasing him when they’d get food. And the other duck just runs away and stays away from him but today it’s gotten worse his removing the feathers on his neck

I would have a few separate feeding stations so the less dominant Drake still gets his fair share without being hassled.
