Two Male Ducks

Hello,
Just found out due to the lack of quacking and curled tail feathers that both my 2 and a half month ducklings are boys. I already have two 6 year old female ducks who live together in a house that will fit no more than 4 ducks in. I'm not keen on finding new homes for one or both of my boys. Can anyone suggest a way I could keep them? I have a massive garden which they are free roam all day from 7am to 9pm, I will also probably be getting two or 3 female ducks as our older ones have stopped laying.

If we rehome the boys then there will be enough room for two new girls in the house we already have, but if we keep the boys and get more girls then we will get another house.

Fingers crossed you will only have troubles in breeding season. I have used a sturdy dog kennel as a second house to separate a duck on more than one occasion.

What ratio of boy to girl do you have ?

I currently have one drake and 5 hens. I previously had one drake with 3 hens without issues.

Sometimes and not often two males are okay with that many Hens. Depends on space and temperament. As a rule it's one Drake or separated pens..
