Two month old Mille Fleur "hen" or not?

Other roosters are fine, i used to have 6 roosters who all lived in the same coop. The only problem would be that teenager chickens typically fight 24/7

I know that my mother has three roos living together in a flock of just 9, and plans to introduce a fourth. I was just thinking with them being so nervous they probably wouldn't want roosters fighting, even if it was only over dominance and would stop in a little while. Also, two roos tend to crow more cause with my mother's chickens one crows and then the other has to prove he's better so he crows, they have more crow wars than actual fighting,
