i have around ten or so pullets that are looking like roosters, which i will not be able to keep for noise reasons, around two months old, free for anyone in the houston area who may want them, breeds including: cuckoo marans, black copper marans, olive eggers, americaunas, welsummers, and barnevelders

They are young roosters. I originally thought that they were pullets but they are turning out to be looking like roosters now that they are a lil older!

Those are called cockerels when they are males under a year old. Pullets means females under a year old.
