Two New Ones to identify

I just got these today. I know one is a Polish chicken but I don't know if he is a Rooster or not.

and the other I am not sure of the Breed but am sure it is a hen. I tried to get good pictures but the Polish one would not stand still. He reminds me of a Roadrunner with a hat on! haha

White crested black Polish and black Cochin hen. Not sure on the Polish's sex, though.

I already have 5 roosters..

I LOVE my Roos but I didn't want any more.

The lady I got them from told me that they were both hens..but was just a little unsure about the Polish..so I thought I would ask. and she had said the Black one was a Silkie..but my mom has silkies and that did not look like a silkie to me except for the feathered feet.

I knew you guys would have the answers. I appreciate the knowledge here!
