two of four hens lethargic one of these with bloody diarhea

OK yes I have read these links and it appears definite that she has Salpingitis. There was a yolk that kind of looked like a cooked yolk on the poop tray just the other day...Hmmm... okay now two questions - 1. so I'm going to suspend the coccidiostat and start her on antibiotic, I think I have some avian antibiotics on hand... 2. Does this mean all of my flock is infected?

I am going to work on the oviduct again, poor baby. I gave her some calcium today and she voluntarily took it, what a good patient.

No luck, very sad. We are going to humanely euthanize Punkin, so sorry it wasn't a better outcome.
I'm very sorry:hugs

It would be good if you had a necropsy/testing performed so you can get more information, especially with your having re-occurring problems. Here's a link to your lab

It's a long drive to the lab. Thank you for the little hug, that is so sweet! I have a question - your post mentions "re-occurring problems" - We did purchase some sick hens a couple of years ago, did not incubate and had to cull our flock Is that the "re-occurring" you mean? My hen Mary is also sick...she is my senior hen. (This is a city flock in a neighborhood, usually 3 - 4 birds at a time...). I just checked on Punkin and she is holding her own in a clean, dry dog crate in a warm space in our basement. I feel so bad I couldn't get it out. Going to start a new thread on her.

I'm a bit confused?
Your title says you have 2 sick hens that are lethargic and one has bloody poop.
You have one that is better? Or you are treating her for Coccidiosis per vet instructions and the other one you put down because of the stuck egg?

This is a free roaming flock in a neighbor hood?

Just a note on state labs - most have a way for you to print a shipping label - usually through FedEx, that way you don't have to deliver a bird in person.

Thanks Yes, there are 2 lethargic hens with diarhea. One of them has Salpingitis, there is no question about the diagnosis. Thanks for your help with that! Our hens stay in a fenced garden area within a fenced backyard, and nights in a predator proof chicken tractor that we bought on line. We have had pretty good luck with the tractor. My husband modified it so they have a solar-powered fan in the nest box in Summer, and a red (warming) light in the roosting box in Winter - a pretty sweet deal. Thanks again!
