Two out of three laying?

We have a Rhode Island Red, a Speckled Sussex and an Ameraucana. They are all about 6 months old. We're generally getting two eggs a day and we think they're coming from the Rhode Island and the Sussex because they're the ones spending time in the nesting boxes and the eggs are medium brown and light brown. I'm curious about the Ameraucana - are they late bloomers/layers?

Easter Eggers tend to start laying later than other breeds. They like to keep their owners in suspense.
