Two Polish Cockeral Head Injuries

I have to polish that seems to have burnt the top of their heads on the heat lamp. Now its scabbed up and I'm not sure what I should do for it if I should put some ointment on it or just leave it to heal on its own. Has anybody had that happen and what should I do? I'm concerned about infection under the scabs.

hi if its not bleeding or weeping i would leave it to scab, but raise the heat lamp so no others do it
