Two possible roosters?

I apologize if this is a duplicate post... I tried to post pictures but it didn't stick, or I did something wrong... it's not showing up on the thread. I am new to BYC, so I am still learning to navigate the site!

I have two possible roosters that were supposed to be pullets when I go them. One is a Delaware and one is a Rhode Island Red. See pictures below and any input would be greatly appreciated! I can't keep roosters in my city but I want to be 100% sure before I find them a new home.

Would vote on the RIR definitely being a rooster. I can't get your pictures to enlarge so can't get a good look at the Delaware, but from the amount of red and the general look think it is probably a rooster also, it looks like it has saddle and sickle tail feathers.

Sorry about the pics... they are from my iphone... my husband took our camera camping and he isn't back yet for me to use it. Thanks for your input!!

I am just sad that they may have to find new homes since I can't keep roosters in town
