I agree that your hen with the bulge under her vent appears to have fluid or egg masses in her lower abdomen. Ascites or yellow fluid from liver disease caused by internal laying or heart problems can cause the fluid. Another condition called persistent right oviduct, can cause clear colorless fluid to collect in a large membrane sac. Internal laying can cause eggs to be delivered into the abdomen instead of going down the egg tact or oviduct, and after they die, one can seen those masses inside the abdomen. I have a hen just like that, and she gets along fine. I would just watch her. She may eventually die, but I have had a couple with the same thing that lived and did well for a couple of years. The ones I have seen with this were large Marans or Australorp hens.
As for the chick, I would try to get some antibiotics from your vet, and treat it. Clean the wound with povidone iodine or chlorhexidene if you can locate some. Apply an antibiotic ointment twice a day after each cleaning. A picture might be helpful. If there is a bone sticking out, some might attempt to amputate the bone.
