I need to catch up from last night when I left.

I'm making homemade pizza. I'm letting the dough rise, hopefully the yeast was alive, I did the whole proofing thing, but it's been a while since I've made bread, so I don't remember what is the correct way it should look.

I need to go borrow a pizza pan from my MIL. I forgot to buy mozzarella. Gosh, I guess I'll have to use Monterey Jack (I hope I have some anyway). I refuse to make pizza with Cheddar!

Tried it. Some cheeses just are not meant for pizza.

My husband's fam would make him homemade pizza with cheddar (he LOVES cheddar cheese) It was alright the first time I tried it, but I think I was just being nice.

The second and third and all the other times later I would "take it home for later"

It's been forever since they've made it again thankfully
