Ok, If I put a Black Copper Marans on Blue Marans, what will I get?

What is a better sex link.....

RIR rooster on RIW, Barred

or

Welsumer on RIW, Barred....

I have both roosters so I am wondering what will be a better cross

O and what do you think about a Barnvedeler/Welsummer cross?
