Two serama roosters-opinions please

I am new to seramas. This is a serama rooster I raised; not knowing, I'd like opinions on how good he is as to type.

He's a handsome boy!

I'm no expert, so don't take what I say as facts, but he appears to have short legs (like a Japanese Bantam) which is considered bad in seramas, as it is a lethal gene and cannot be used in showing. However, I could be wrong.
