Two story Chicken/Duck Coop

Great! Glad to know someone has a similar plan and they are doing well! Hope to have success here too! Can't wait to get it done. Ours are only going on 4 weeks and we are Michigan so weather is a factor yet lol. 75F yesterday, 50 today and literally a 40F winchill lol

Lol yeah we've still had a few coolish days here and there, but for the most part our highs are staying above the mid 60s. Lows have been getting into the upper 40s-50s, but they've been doing fine and things should start warming up quite a bit for us soon and we'll be wishing for the cooler weather to come back! 4 weeks is about the time ours started getting more adventurous and perching on the side of their brooder box and such so I started getting more anxious about the coop getting done soon! Hopefully your weather start getting better the closer you get to being ready to put those little ones outside!

I'm just about to start my duck/chicken adventure, and I want to do the two story thing! How is it working for you? (I actually stumbled upon this post because I did a search for "two story coop for ducks and chickens" and it came up.)

I am planning to build from scratch, so any tips would be amazing.
