Two week old chick not thriving swollen eye

I hatched 12 silkie chicks two weeks ago, and one just isn't thriving. It's smaller than his mates, and this morning it's one eye is swollen shut.
When it hatched I noticed that I didn't absorb all the egg. They're on chick starter non medicated. They had electrolyte and probiotic in the water first 4 days.
Anything I can treat it with? Not sure I want to attempt to give this small of a chick a injection.
It is eating and drinking.

It likely got pecked in the eye, punishment by the others for being small and different. Chicks can be tough on any who dare to be different.

Treatment is to flush with saline (lubricating eye drops) and then dab a little triple antibiotic or ophthalmic ointment in the eye.
