Sure.If you get her on the niacin asap she has a very good chance of recovery at her age. Can you post a pic of her? let us see her legs.

I mean, will it affect her a lot?You can make her shoes to train her feet to stay in normal position along with the niacin Take a plastic container and cut it the size of her foot wrap in tape or vet wrap to cover sharp edges then lay her feet on the shoes wrap in no stick tape or vet wrap but this needs to be done now along with the niacin hopefully at her age she can get pretty normal
