My two year old Buff Orpington been has been deep sleeping several times throughout the day for three days now. She is still laying, laid one yesterday and the day before. She's drinking and eating some. But every time I go outside, she's passed out with her head in her wing. She doesn't wake until I approach her and touch her. I have three other hens that are perfectly fine.

Any ideas what could be going on?

No signs of mites, her vent looks good, no lump on her backside, but her crop has felt pretty empty yesterday and this morning. She only weighs 4.5lbs. She is my smallest girl.

That's odd.
What's her diet?
What is her diet?

She is free range with fermented food in the morning and pellet food whenever she wants. The flock mainly eats bugs, dirt, grass (what little there is lol)

Type of feed?

NatureWise layer feed from Tractor Supply.

What's the mix of fermented food?

Scratch grains from Tractor Supply, black sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper, cinnamon, oregano, rosemary, DE. I mix it all up, and let it ferment in hard for 24-48 hours.

Their treats consist of kitchen scraps, meal worms, black soldier fly larvae, and steel oats.

The fermented food is made entirely out of treats and shouldn't be given every morning but only be given in minor amounts, once or twice a week, less than a tablespoon per bird.
Oats and chili seeds contain antinutritional qualities that chickens shouldn't have.
Both the DE and chili seeds provide no anthelmintic properties if that's why you're adding them.
She may be suffering from nutrition deficiency.
Ferment the nature wise but your current mix has got to go.
Give her 400. I.u vitamin E and a sliver of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks and cut all treats out for a while and then cut way back on them.

I stopped the fermented food yesterday. Is the vitamin E one that humans take?
