Tylan 50 clarification

I have read different things on injecting Tylan 50. Anyone know the correct does for 20lb turkeys and some smaller polish chickens??

I have injected Tylan 50 in my peacocks but need to know why you feel you need to use this product. What is wrong with your birds?

A 20 pound turkey will need a huge amount, so probably better to use Tylan 200 instead.

They have been coughing and their lungs sound terrible, our weather has been crazy, 0 degrees for a few days then rainy and 50 for a few days.

Not yet I've been using natural remedies (garlic, oregano oil, cayenne pepper, now lots of sunshine) and antibiotic in their water. They're sounding better but I would like to give them Tylan if it will kick this sickness out
