Tylan 50 dosage for pullet w/ respiratory problems

My 3 month old pullet has been on Albon for 6 days (in water) and not showing any signs of improvement. She still has the watery eyes, dried dishcharge from nose, and lethargic now. I want to give this to her orally but not sure of the dosage...thanks for any help.

I wanted to add, this is liquid tylan 50 and I would also like to know how many days to use, thanks again!

Give her 1/4cc orally for 5 days but no more than 7 days only if necessary.
