Tylan 50 in water instead of injected?

Following up from my last threads. I have been injecting Tylan 50 into my sick birds. I got an initial necropsy report back and one of the things they noticed was that there was a "focal hemmorrage" in the pectoral muscle. I would think this is due to the injection, so I want to start giving the Tylan 50 in the water or into the mouth. What would the dosage be for a bantam Wyandotte? A little over a pound.
 
Tylan 50 should be given orally 0.25ml (1/4 ml) per pound 3 times a day for 5 days. It is meant for direct oral or injectable dosage, not in the water. The generic Tylosin powder which can come from Jedds.com dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. Here is a link for that:
