Tylan 50 Question

I need to treat my hens for mycoplasma today. Hubby is stopping to pick up Tylan 50 from the store on his way home. It is the injectable kind. I have read some people inject it in to the breast and some "inject" or squirt down the throat. What is correct or recommended?

Either is acceptable. Respiratory symptom relief is quicker via injections.
