Tylon 50 and mycoplasma

Is Tylon 50 a good treatment for mycoplasma? If so what is the dosage?

Tylan 50 has not been sold in feed stores or online for awhile I think. But you can get Tylosin powder, the generic form that is put in water 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days. It can treat mycoplasma.

I have a whole bottle my neighbor gave me but I just looked at it and it expired in 2017

Is it the injectable or the powder? I have kept medicines around that were expired for emergency use, and used outdated injectable Tylan, but gave it orally. It depends if it was kept fresh or opened and used. If it is powder, it is caked or not? If that is all you have until you get some fresh online, you can use your own judgement whether or not to use it.
