Tylosin Dosage(water soluble)

I bought this from a pigeon supplier, who I contacted myself, and made sure that it was okay for chickens. He confirmed, yes. My question is, is the dosage still the same for my flock of 5 white leghorns? It is 99% tylosin tartrate, and it says dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 7 consecutive days. Just want to be sure that is correct. Thank you in advance.

Most people use 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days for chickens. Always add the powder to the water, not the other way around or it does not mix well. Here is a link about tylosin:
